Our team of over 500 dedicated staff members and 2,000+ volunteers work tirelessly across continents to ensure that healthcare is not a privilege, but a fundamental human right. Operating in some of the world's most challenging environments—from refugee camps to remote rural villages—we've learned that sustainable change requires deep community engagement, cultural sensitivity, and long-term commitment. Every program we launch is designed in partnership with local communities, ensuring that our interventions are appropriate, effective, and sustainable.
We operate 23 permanent clinics, 15 mobile health units, and countless outreach programs that bring medical care directly to those who need it most. Our services include primary care, maternal health, chronic disease management, emergency response, and specialized pediatric care. In 2023 alone, we provided over 380,000 medical consultations.
We train local healthcare workers, community health advocates, and volunteers to ensure sustainable, long-term impact in the communities we serve. Our comprehensive training programs cover clinical skills, patient advocacy, public health, and health system management. We've established 8 regional training centers that serve as hubs for ongoing professional development.
